Salon Policies

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. No checks. Effective 06/01/22 there will be 3.5% surcharge for all credit/debit card processing. There is no surcharge when paying cash.

Product Returns

Product purchases must be returned within 7 days for a product exchange only.

Cancellations

Appointment Cancellations, must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to avoid cancellation fees.

No Shows

No Shows, result in a full payment of the no showed appointments and full payment of future bookings, no exceptions.

Appointment Deposits

Certain services require a consultation and a deposit.

Salon Etiquette

Please be aware of use of your cell phone and use headphones for calls, videos etc. Customers want to relax and enjoy their service.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times. There are many liabilities in the salon that are dangerous from chemicals to sharp tools.

Quality of Service Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our color, cut and styling services. If you are not happy with your results, our team will be happy to make adjustments within 1 week of your hair appointment. This is not to be confused with “changing your mind” or the realization that a particular look is not as flattering on you as the “celebrity in the magazine”. Our staff will make every effort to set expectations of your outcome regarding hair maintenance and the effect on your hair’s health. We do not offer refunds.
